To ensure we safeguard students, staff and experience non-distributive live lessons when presenting on Teams it is important that you setup the bellow mentioned settings within 'Meeting Option'.
Please note it is important that you do this at meeting setup stage.
If you do not do this then the pupils will be able to:
- Join the meeting before you
- Unmute the microphone
- Talk in an unsupervised way to one another
Save the meeting then go back in via the calendar and change the meeting options (this is always at the bottom of the calendar invite screen)
